Intro to Stranded Colourwork

When: Saturday, November 18 and 25 from 9:00 - 11:00
Where: Unraveled @ 9 Wilson St. East, Perth

 Outline

This course will run over two consecutive weeks and focus on basic stranded knitting techniques. Homework knitting may be required.

 Students will learn to make a two colour cowl. There will be discussion about managing different coloured yarns, and colour dominance.

• Class 1: Sampler - intro to working with two colours, Cast on cowl
• Homework: Work through cowl
• Class 2: Finishing

 Prerequisites

Students must be comfortable with basic knitting stitches.

Students should have some experience knitting in the round using any method (DPNs, Flyers, 9” circular, magic loop etc.).
